Hi All,
  Have just spoken to Dr. Bursuc. (Mimi couldn't get him).
    The plate has been approved by the architecture dept. and the
   permit will be issued on next Tuesday.
    The final certificate to be issued in 3 weeks from now.
      The plate will include the Rumanian text.
