[Cz-L] Thankfully

Dear Czernowitzers,
Thank you very much for 2008, for your willingness to share your thoughts
and your recollections, your feelings and your support , your energy and
perseverance to transmit a legacy and hope to the next generations.
I am sure that we are many who have had parents and relatives unwilling to
speak and unwilling to transmit memoirs in order to protect us. For us who
have been very young and left Czernowitz after WWII with very fragmented
recollections it is of enormous importance to be able to fill the gaps.
Sometimes very painful and sometimes happy reminiscences.
Best wishes for the upcoming 2009 to all of You.
