The Czernowitz Cemetery Enigma.
For some time the City News Announcement with its enigmatic script
was a challenge for the most brilliant minds of our community.
What stands behind such words as: accomplish, arrange, elaborate ?
Well , it may be much simpler than it looks : The translation was
made
by some English language student who puts all of his vocabulary to
use.
What stands behind it ? Simple - substitute all the above terms
with one
         word "restore" , then reread.
Now does it make sense ?
