Hi Abraham:

There was no formal vote. Jerome and I asked for the opinions of the
group to help develop a consensus. In his email to the list, Hardy
summarized the responses in the form of a vote.

Jerome and I are in the process of formulating a response to Ms.
Lenchovska. We are listening carefully to group posts so we can try
to summarize the diversity of viewpoints among our members.
