Hi All,
  Who will put up the plaque ?
    The city ?
     Let us see what they have in mind as to text.
     They can put in any text they want.
    They should have done it 60 years ago.
      Is this a private plaque from Czernowitzer Jewry ?
      Then we can write whatever we chose ( except subversive material).
        But as it is today the whole polemic is one- sided .
      There is no dialog with the city on this subject.
        If there is, it is virtual .
