[Cz-L] Cernauti Newspaper article about the creation of the ghetto.

Florentin has kindly sent me a copy of an article which appeared
in the Romanian language newspaper "Bucovina" published in Czernowitz
on Saturday, October 1941, announcing the formation of the ghetto.
I forwarded it to Natalya Shevchenko for inclusion in the museum.

The headline of the article is: "S'a format un Ghettou provizoriu"
It gives the boundaries of the ghetto and the legal provisions for
the manner of it's operation.
I do not trust my knowledge of Romanian to offer to translate it correctly.
I will gladly forward it, to anyone who would like to receive the original
Romanian version.
If anyone is willing to translate it, I think it might be a good idea
to display both the article and it's translation on the "ehpes" website.
