Re: [Cz-L] Popovici plaque

David may be right abut the changed wording of the English version,
I made this change because next to the Ukrainian and Romanian versions,
the English version sounded meager. I guess that Ukrainian and Romanian
are more flowery languages than English.
I will change the English version back to:

The name of the city will remain Cernauti in Romanian,
Chernivtsi in Ukrainian and Czernowitz in English,
unless the Chernivtsi authorities object.
Please no more debates about the name of the city.
