I am glad that we have reached a point of resolution on a fitting tribute through the work of the group - Eytan

I now have a likely facsimile of the plaque.
The Ukrainian version is here transcribed in Latin letters,
Because I could not find anyone who has an Ukrainian computer keyboard.
Obviously, on the actual plaque, it will be in Ukrainian letters.

This is the facsimile:

The wording is changed from my initial suggestion, to reflect the concerns
raised by members of this group, as well as by Prof. Moskovich of the Hebrew
University.

The inscriptions in each language vary slightly from each other,
Because of what is considered polite and acceptable in each language,
Is different.

The plaque is also larger than the size I calculated before.
I hope that it is not too large. It is now 44.5 cm wide and 37.5 cm high.
