I agree with David about the importance of having a memorial plaque
to Traian Popovici in a public place in Chernivtsi. In the museum there
exists the possibility of telling much more about the actions of this
outstanding man and I hope that this possibility will be fully utilized,
but the plaque will have a different significance and I think that having
the one does not exclude having the other.
