David,
  I completely agree with you.
   I suggested the Museum as a default site.
    Of course the Popovici house or Ringplatz are much better.
     The city joining the memoralization ? Of course.
       The city should have initiated this action 60 years ago.
         If not for us , nothing would have happened.
            Even so, the plate is not on the wall yet , if ever.
           Even the jewish community must be prodded to bring the issue up.
         By whom ? By the Ehpes group of America of Jews whose aim is
looking for ancestors
          from Czernowitz and Sadagura.
           A group of some 350 Czernowitz oriented members who care.
             Among them a few survivors .
                A handful of active members ( not more than 20 who write), a
List Owner and
                   Webmaster who care.
               Ironic? Not , if you know Czernowitzer nature.
