Dear Czernowitzers,

It is very important that we agree upon a method or a system
by which we can collect and disburse money for collective projects.
I do not want to receive more than a dozen checks made out to me,
intended for the Popovici plaque and then on my own, pay the chosen artist
or artisan. What if I run off with the money?
What if a car hits me?
The US income tax bureau may become suspicious and after 9/11
even the office of home security.

PLEASE someone find a proper way of handling the finances.
