Hi Joe and All,
   Making the plate ,as we see , can be done from your home computer
   most conveniently .
           But this is only part of the story.
        The plate will have to be approved by the locals :text and
appearance.
        The plate must be fixed to a wall and must fit a certain space .
          The wall must be of a specific house - preferably the Popovici
                 residence.( It reads : "Here lived...")
             Without these essentials you cannot order a plate.
               Up to now we are still looking for the house ,
               hopefully we find it.
                We need somebody with the necessary expertise on the spot.
                   Not to speak of all the paperwork ,licences, approvals,
                 authorizations and other stuff.

                               So having the plate done locally is not a
matter of choice -
            In my humble opinion it is the only possible way .
           If only Czernowitz was not on the dark side of the moon.
