Dear CZ'ers
It is a beautiful morning up here in South Fallsburg New York. The sun is
shining, the temperature is decent and the birds outside my window are
chirping, 'don't go to work, stay here, stay here.'....As I am looking for an excuse
I open the CZ list and there is the information from Jerome about the
youtube posting from Doris Turkfeld. Oh my!!! I am sitting here laughing and
crying and filled with joy having found these old songs. My late husband Rudy
used to listen to some of this music on Art Raymond on the radio (anyone out
there remember Art Raymond?) Thank you Jerome and Doris and Gabrielle and al of
you wonderful people who persevere with making your memories and mission
continue! Cora Schwartz
P.S. I have been shy of youtube although I really have a lot to say on it
about the Holocaust and my book. Now that I see what one can do, with pictures
and music and reaching out to others, I am ready to take the plunge. Thank
