[Cz-L] Romanian Cultural Association in Chernivtsi

When I was in Chernivtsi in 2006, I noticed that there is an office
of the Romanian Cultural Association,(or some similar name), on the
Ringplatz, on the west side. Does anyone know how to contact them?
Could someone find their Email address, or their phone number?
Once we find their address, or their phone number, is someone willing
to phone or write to them in Romanian?

I would like to contact them about putting up a plaque
to commemorate the actions of Traian Popovici.
