[Cz-L] Popovici plaque

Dear Czernowitzers,

I would like to respond to suggestions, that the memorial plaque
to Traian Popovici, be put on the city government building
on the Ringplatz.

Possibly, this is what I should have asked for from the beginning.
I did not, and I think it is too late to do it now.
Remember the saying:
You let a pig get on the chair, it gets on the table.
They may say this about me in Chernivtsi.

I will be in Chernivtsi in August and see what can be done.
