[Cz-L] Rumanian Text.

Mimi,
  First I had the impression that City Hall does not want the Rumanian
   text on the plate -period.
   We even considered of having the plate without
    Rumanian or not have it at all.
      Now it is more like a suggestion, conditional on letter size :
    Having Rumanian would minimize all letters of the plate
   making them unreadable.
    A suggestion worth considering but the decision being ours.
     By replacing the Rumanian text by a picture will only bring the text
     back to the undesired small size.
