All current plaques in the city include a portrait of the person
they are dedicated to. The city authorities assumed that ours will too.

The size of the plaque is 50cm wide and 80cm long.
The minimum readable size of the letters has to be: 2,1cm high
for upper case letters and 1,65cm high for lower case letters.

There are 6 lines of the Ukrainian inscription.
6 lines of Romanian inscription and 5 lines of English inscription.

The space between one line of script and the other has to be at least 1cm.
The space between one language and the other has to be at least 2.1cm

There has to be at least a 2.5cm margin all around.
A portrait should be at least 25cm square.

Design the plaque, see if there is room for both, all three languages
and a portrait of Popovici. If there is, arithmetic has just become
an inexact science.
