[Cz-L] Czernowitz renewed

Dear Czernowitzers,

as an illustration on Mimi's report on repair and painting of buildings
in the center of town I published some more photos. In some cases I
added scans of old postcards as "then and now" pairs - similar to what
David Glynn wrote about the Ringplatz.
