         Then we boykott. How many Ehphesers go yearly to Cz. ?
            10 trips ? 20 ? not more.
          Not all will obey. Zissels will intervene. No leverage.
      Organizing ALL Czernowitzers not to go , needs a different framework .
         Bukowina Jewish Organizations Worldwide.
