Dear Czernowitzers,

Even though I can understand most of the article sent by Henry Sinnreich,
I would very much appreciate someone translating it into English and
sending it to the rest of us. Particularly, I would like an accurate
translation in order to be sure of the attitude of the paper to the subject=
.
I also believe that Valeriu Carp, committed the atrocities in 1941 and not
in 1940 and wonder whether there are other inaccuracies in the article.
