Fellow Czernowitzers,
A couple of months ago a young lady, Mrs. Tzlila Ebner-Helman, joined our
Cz.-L group.
I turned out that Dr. Mayer Ebner was her grandfather.
I am wondering how many of our Cz.-L members know anything about his life
and his contribution to our former hometown community. Perhaps some of the
"Second and Third Generation" of Czernowitzers never came across this name.
Any details about his life and achievements would be welcome.
