 Hi alain...i must say i agree,the bukowina should remain as a unit and not

Sorry,
I saw Cz as a Mittle Europa city closer to Prague and its German speaking
elite than to Moscow or Kiev.
Cz was taken from Romania by Stalin for losing WW2 and inherited by Ukraine
which does not look like it understands the soul of what it now "owns"
