It's interesting that the writer doesn't identify her affiliation.
Is she with an academic institution, and if so, which one? In your
response, perhaps you could inquire who they represent in this
project. By the way, the web site they mention at the end of their
attachment doesn't yet exist.
It may be best if Elena K and Joseph Markevitch are put in touch with
the academic representatives among us (perhaps Florence Heymann, Leo
Spitzer and Marianne Hirsch?). If they would like to interview
individuals in the group, it would be up to some of our members to
volunteer.
