Have searched on google and in my own military history library and cannot
find any reference to turkish soldiers in czernowitz area for that
period...but i am always prepared to find out something new!! Cornel

This is true but in 1914 the Turks joined the Central forces alongside
Germany and Austria.
Maybe they also sent a regiment to the Russian front.
The Ukrainean text is clear on the mass grave. Needs verification of
details.
