There were no walls on that part of Ringplatz. There was a huge wooden
fence, a kind of a wall, to cover the destroyed part of the Ringplatz between
the exit to the Postgasse and Tempelgasse and Russischegasse, on the other
hand. That destruction operation was either done by the retreating Soviets
or by the invading Germans. Along that fence we used to put those huge
posters, at least five cinema theaters used to put there their posters.

Cinema Central was specialized in quality pictures. Jean Gabin was the big
star.
I remember "La bete humaine " and more.
This here is "Le jour se leve". . "Noaptea Amintirilor". All Psycho-
killer dramas.
Where the poster stood ? Just a hunch .
On the Ringplatz there were no such big empty walls.
My guess it was on one of the two parallel streets ,on both sides of
the Central:
The Musikvereingasse or the Pfarrgasse.
