There are beggars in San Francisco, Rome and New York.
We also learn that in Cork the beggars look similar.
I agree to all that willingly.
This picture comes from Czernowitz and is taken by a local.
It does not come to denigrate the town.
Czernowitz always had beggars.
Like Tuvia said : "Dear God, you made many, many poor people.
I realize, of course, that it's no shame to be
poor.
But it's no great honor either!"
