Hi Cornel,
If facing the ceremonial hall from Zelena St., you'll find Parcel 5,
now known as Area 30, on your right. See:
http://czernowitz.ehpes.com/newcemetery/bruce/bruce1.html

To confirm, I checked the folder of photos from Area 30 and it
includes pictures of the matzevot of Dr. Sigmund Neuberger as well as
Clara and Simon Neuberger.
