American famous black boxer came to Czernowitz, against all advice, she went
to see him, those of you who know me, know the result.
OK, so may be the "farseien" did not always work, but the evil eye always
did. When I was three, someone came to visit and said something nice about
me. No one said "kenein nehora" (from the Hebrew "bli ayin ha-ra", or
"tfu tfu tfu" and because of this, I promptly ran into the kitchen, towards
the big cast iron stove, to stop myself from falling, I stretched out my
hands and my right hand came to rest on the door of the wood burning stove.
My hand was promptly put into a soup plate of egg yolk and that is why I can
use this hand to write this message.
