I always appreciate your sharp eye. However, please review the linked page again http://www.lemko.org/genealogy/addresses.html It appears that while the top of the linked page recommends that you check the Mormons first, neither the page nor the linked website belongs to the Archives of the Mormon Family History
Center.
Please scroll down the linked web-page until you reach the Ukraine section and read what it says. Then furthur down in that section near the bottom, the address is given for the State Archives of Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine. The
address is 58001 Chernivtsi vul. Shevchenka 2 UKRAINA
