Fw: [Cz-L] re: Savoy area

I know the area very well. Before Transnistria I lived not far away but I=

was in the area almost daily. After returning from Transnisrtria we lived=
=0D
for one year in the Savoy building.The area was very upscale,all buildin=
gs=0D
were 3 to 4 story high and some were fairly new. Most of the apartments =
had=0D
balconies. The location was excellent,few hundred meters from the Ringpl=
atz=0D
the center of town with the beautiful buildings from the Austrian era. Mo=
st=0D
of the stores were in the Rathaus Strasse very few in the Karolinen Gasse=
=2E=0D
Around the corner was the Herren Gasse,the most elegant street in town.=0D
