[Cz-L] Who am I ??

I have never considered myself Roumanian, least you forget that Roumanian citizenship was withdrawn
during the war nor did I become Russian after the war. We became in fact stateless as this status was never lifted. Out of documentary necessity did I say I am Roumanian. I felt as a Czernowitzer a special status from a ghostly town from a vanished era.
