Dear All,

As I wrote you some time ago, the SVIT Ukraine work-camp to clear the Jewish
cemetery of Chernivtsi of weedy vegetation, will take place this summer
from the10th to 27th of August.

I know that some of you who have written to SCI USA for information about
the work-camp and application forms, have had trouble getting the
information you wanted. Possibly, the information is not available, till
March 13th.

But, please do not give up; write again to:
> sciivs.placement_at_gmail.com

or else, if there is no reply, write to Dave Axtell at:
> sciivs.info_at_gmail.com

Another organization in the USA, "Volunteers for Peace", also publicizes
work-camps and could send volunteers to the SVIT Ukraine work-camp. It is:
 <vfp_at_vfp.org>

Please, all of you, whether you live in the US, Australia, Canada, Europe
or Israel, Please spread the word about this work-camp among your friends
and acquaintances. Would it not be worthwhile and proper, if the
grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Czernowitzers participated in this
effort to restore the cemetery?

Speaking of restoration; there is a distinct possibility that this year, the
volunteers may also do some restoration work under the supervision of an
expert.

countries.
