        I stayed last spring at the Hotel Kaiser; it is a new building
        not too big,
        I think about 15 rooms, with modern, not fancy, but functional
        and in good
        conditions. It is not in the center of Czernowitz, it is not far
        from the
        Main Railway station, but so are Bukovina and Chremosh, only
        Magnat is in
        the center of town. Thre is a trolleybus near the hotel
