[Cz-L] Martin FELLER and Eli WITTNER

Dear all,

I am trying to find any information regarding two relatives of mine.

The first is Martin FELLER, born around 1920 in Czernowitz to Max
FELLER and Teresa WITTNER.
His last known address was Vinnytsia in 1994.

The second is Eli WITTNER, also born around 1920 in Czernowitz. His
parents were Abraham WITTNER and Regina HECHT.
During WWII he served in the red army. It is known that he married a
Russian woman and returned to Czernowitz after the war.
I don't have any later information about him.

Do these names sound familiar to anyone?
