I'm ready to give them the benefit of doubt. The term is repeted twice though. "Malorus" is not frequently used in Romanian for Ukrainian although the DEX has an entry on it.

It seems that the authors have used older documents and they may have not recognized the term and used a similar sounding but completely different word, maluros, which exists indeed in Romanian and means "covered smut or commun bunt infected". Elsewhere on their site they used the term Ukranian.
