If Anti-Semitism is an evil, and in my opinion, it is, hatred of any other
nationality or ethnic group is evil too.
The statue of Kaiser Franz Josef was given to the city by a political
candidate who hoped to play on the sympathy of Western Ukrainians.
It was not paid for by the city.
