This is no line up as this is a holyday with no shops.
Queues came with the Soviets , not before.
It is a hot summer day and people look for the narrow strip of shadow.
There is a very small number of females on the scene anyway.
Female dresses and hats have to be exposed , therefore must be in
center. Crinolines and big hats do not like crowds.
Vanity, pure female vanity.
