Dear Arthur,
First of all, thank you for having sent again your writings.
I remember when I did read them, a long time ago, I did tell you that you
could write a real good "novel" !!
You write always very well, with much "suspense", attracting and keeping the
attention of your readers all the time.
Of course, like Hardy says, a good writer must not always exactly remember
everything, he can arrange the details as he wants, as he find them
convenient for his story.
In fact, my comment was rather a compliment, where I was admiring your very
good memories for so many small details.
