I read today and wish to inform the list:=20
Uli Valureanu-Freiberg published in his on-line magazine that the =
roumanian newspaper "Jurnalul saptamanii" (the journal of the week) =
published an article the 12,april 2011 that Bruno Landesberg, an =
israelian tikoon (industrial) and philantrop, will be awarded with the =
title of Doctor honoris causa at the University of Tel-Aviv on 14. April =
2011, for his donation to the Jewish Federation of Romania to build a =
memorial in honor of Dr.Traian Popovici, the late mayor of Czernowitz =
during the WW ll Mr.Bruno Landesberg ,(Honory consul of Romania in =
Haifa) was born in Czernowitz.
