[Cz-L] Volker Koepp films about Czernowitz, Selma

I forgot to mention that it might be worth and cheaper to order the
whole cassette of films by Koepp which include the two on Czernowitz,
as mentioned in my e-mail of yesterday.
As to Selma Meerbaum - I received an e-mail earlier on, from Felix
Zuckermann (the son of Frau Zuckermann), who attended the reading by
Iris Berben. He mentioned that some poems were so sad that she had tears
in her eyes. Probably some in the audience as well. Berben has
already read some poems in Berlin. Also a few years ago there was a
concert with some modern music and readings by actors of Selma's poems,
we attended it and the Silverblatts were there too, invited for a
series of sucn concerts in Germany.
However, it is a real progress and very praiseworthy that the reading
took place and with Iris Berben, well-known for her support of the
Jewish and Israeli cause in Germany. Certainly, there will be more
poetry festivals in Czernowitz in future.
