RE: [Cz-L] Memorial plaque to the Czernowitz ghetto

If you refer to Ponari it's the equivalent of Babiy Yar not far from Vilna. As for the Czernowitz Ghetto memorial it says in Ukrainian (and English) "In memory of (the) Jews, prisoners of the Czernowitz Ghetto. Year 1941"
