RE: [Cz-L] Memorial plaque to the Czernowitz ghetto

I've been told that because the quality of education in the Jewish Day School is higher than the schools in the city, non-jewish parents are sending the children to the school. Same information was relate to me by the principal of a Jewish school in Berlin.
