The article about Dr. Gasner is very interesting.

A propos our late Chief Rabbi Dr. Abraham Mark. I met Dr. Gasner's uncle
(the second son of the chief Rabbi) in T.A. , at the time when he was the
Chief City Engineer at the Tel Aviv Municipality. He was introduced to me
by Mr. Avraham Boyer, the Deputy Tel Aviv Mayor, during a business meeting
on municipal water supply related issues, for which Mr. Boyer was in charge.
It was indeed an interesting and fruitful meeting, but no wonder that before
anything else we spent half of the time talking about Czernowitz only.
