I did not follow exactly the exchange of e-mails about the letters, but I think that you speak about a file of 138 letters that I worked on a few years ago. I inform you that I have copies of all these letters, which you are talking about. I have already translated them in French, and wrote an article (in English) about, which was published in a book edited by Valentina Glajar and Jeanine Teodorescu, Local History, Transnational Memory in Romanian Holocaust.
In my article, called "Bottles in the sea" Letters of deported Jews in Moghilev (Transnistria), November-December 1941, I explain also the story of the letters and why Albert Twers bring them with him.
You can read a review of this book by Dennis Deletant at this adress
http://www.case.edu/artsci/jdst/reviews/Local.htm
If you are interested by my paper, I can send you the document. If you want to have copies of all the letters, it could be possible if somebody is in Jerusalem and has time to scan them.
