Lisa, welcome to the Czernowitz-List.
As far as I know there are no lists available of the men conscripted
or otherwise taken from Czernowitz to the Soviet Union,
as the Soviet forces retreated from the German attack.
I searched the Jewish Gen. worldwide burial registry and the only woman
by the name of Litman I found, had died in 1867.
Herman Cohn is listed in the Czernowitz 1936 address book.
I did not find his name in the Czernowitz burial registers of JewishGen.
