[Cz-L] The Refrigerator House

Hardy - do you have any idea when the picture was taken?  That is a relatively new roof on that mansion and I've never seen one like it.  At first glance I thought it might be slate but it has a sheen and reflects light as some type of metal would.  In the new world this type of roof would be prohibitively expensive.  Can you find out more about this house, its history and especially about the roof?
