It is a matter of attitude:
  For me Czernowitz was and always will be Czernowitz no matter
the many name changes.
  For others the town was Chernivtsi from the foundation,all
other names were names giver by the temporary occupiers.
  A matter of attitude.
   For each his Czernowitz (Chernivtsi),
