[Cz-L] From new member Caryn Weisinger Wariner

Hi to all members,

I have enjoyed reading all your wonderful stories, I am so glad I joined.

I need a little help and wondered if anyone might answer this question for me. I
am researching my Weisinger family for Czernowitz and my great aunt Rose
Weisinger Winkler listed this on her manifest. It is a place, street or a
person's name? I have tried it as a name and can't find it so I thought it might
be a street in Czernowitz. It would have been in the 1920's
