"Eilgleser" looks quite a lot like the Czernowitz surname OEHLGIESER (which can be spelled without the "h" - and names were often mangled on ship manifests.).

Maybe if you can send an image of this portion of the ship manifest, we
might be able to read it directly. Either post it to the blog, or perhaps
send it to Jerome to put on our website. Then let the list know where we
can find it.
