  To me it speaks : Topographically down is down on map!

Wow, that's an amazing map, just excellent! And, yes, dear Jerome, I'd like
to get this map in the best resolution available.

Three attempted explanations for the the strange south orientation of the
map:

1. Politically: Going down on the knees before the new - Romanian -
authorities in the south.
2. Customer-friendly: Designed for Czernowitzers in Down Under ;-)
3. Presumably: Misprint of a printing shop in Greater - but not smarter -
Romania!
